Marin Markuze – an international Access Consciousness Bars® facilitator Biodynamic Body & Energy Work and Reiki I & II Therapist Hatha, Kriya & Tantra Yoga & Meditation Instructor Leading physical, mental & emotional personal healing processes, personally designed retreats and group wellness retreats.

About Paros

Paros rests nonchalantly in the shadows of the limelight. Long tagged as primarily a ferry hub, its stylish capital, fashionable resort towns and sweet rural villages are all the more charming for their (relative) lack of crowds or tourists.

Geologically speaking, Paros has long been a Greek star, white marble drawn from the island’s interior made the island prosperous from the Early Cycladic period onwards. Most famously, the Venus de Milo was carved from Parian marble.

Some locals tell that this stone also has some mystical qualities. Maybe this is why most of the visitors to the island are drawn back to it again and again…

 

About the Hotel

Situated on the northeastern side of the island, lies the heavenly naturist beach of Tsoukalia, with its clear turquoise waters, gorgeous colorful pebbles and white sands…

The hotel is situated just on the beach, and it’s the only one there, surrounded by nature and silence and walking distance of pleasant exploration of any kind and type of golf shaped beautiful beaches. White sands, big rocks, crystal white shining pebbles, tiny colorful stones, dried seaweed blanket… for everyone to find their own piece of heaven.

About Yoga and Meditation

Yoga

If yoga is something you have never tried before, this is your opportunity to try out something new. Studies have proven yoga to be a wonderful way to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and relieve symptoms such as insomnia, depression and anxiety. Yoga also helps to improve overall fitness, strength, and flexibility.

Meditation

There are many types of meditation to choose from, we will practice those which are aimed to bring you into the present moment and will relax the mind through detached observation techniques. Meditation allows you to experience the type of benefits reported such as clearer, more decisive thinking and improved powers of concentration as well as enhancing your overall levels of wellbeing and developing deep inner silence.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious deep sleep. In meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and go to deep sleep, yet remain awake. Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity, reduces tension and symptoms of high anxiety such as headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating and abdominal pain.
